"I was told that there would be a 30 minute wait for my oil change. It took 1 hour and 25 minutes - only after I approached them and demanded that they finish up. I had a toddler with me and in hindsight, the technician would have absolutely known it was going to take more than 30 minutes given the number of vehicles ahead of me. Customers who came after me had vehicles finished before mine, and the pace of the workers was incredibly slow. My vehicle only has 14,000 miles on it and is in excellent condition, it should have been a very quick service. There was no effort to get customers out in a timely manner or communicate any delays. I grew up with a family business that serviced auto glass and the pace that these Jiffy Lube workers operated at would have never been considered acceptable at any of our store locations. I will not be returning and will advise others to stay away. My time was not respected at all."
