"They don't value returning customers at this store. THE OTHER 2 LOCATIONS will value your business. I drive straight by this one and go all the way to Orange Grove just for the staff. Instead of feeling welcomed, they make me feel awkward. ROBERT and ANGELICA lack genuine care and respect. BOTH are less than approachable. As it is right down the street - I used to go here 3 or 4 days a week, but plan my Hobby Lobby trips to other stores now and just load up. Broadway and Orange Grove much much much much much better shopping experience. Lost a star for each name mentioned, third star lost for store cleanliness."
