"Walked in and there was no one around except for the employee at the register. Come to find out, there were 2 other employees that had walked past me. I had to ask another customer for help, yell “excuse me” to one of the girls clacking around in her sandals, and have someone else get her attention. When I asked for help she was super dismissive. I would’ve loved to come back to this location because it’s so small and cute."

"Big place, versatile product range, but very stale energy. There wasn't anybody at the counter, had to keep standing there for someone to come from the other end of the hall; nobody to greet, the associates were chatting casually at the door, I thought they were customers. Not sure if this was because it's Scottsdale, but VS never disappointed. Did not expect it to be this gloomy, no matter how less busy it gets."
