"It saddens me that I actually have to write a bad review for one of my most absolute favorite stores in Scottsdale. I live part-time in Scottsdale,, and have frequented the store for over nine years. Recently everything has changed. Let me start with probably the most disappointing- the change of staff. I used to love coming into Bungalow because my favorite sales people know me and know my taste and what I like. They were so talented & had such great taste and an eye for detail. Now it seems like they have all disappeared? Why is there such a high turnover, where has everyone gone? Secondly, I used to enjoy all of Bungalows post on Instagram. As of today, I feel like I’m watching QVC. I don’t care where your followers are tuning in from, what states are watching, all I want to see are your new items and sales. Who has time to watch 10 minute videos when you can just show the clothes/accessories and move on. Can we please have the old Bungalow back."
