"I bought a pair of shorts from the Scottsdale Quarter location 2 days ago. I don’t even try them on , they didn’t have the color or size I wanted. I was given a pair that came out of plastic bag and not on display. Didn’t even have the tags on. I went home and did not wear them, I actually hadn’t even tried that pair on. I decided that I settled for a pair I didn’t want. I tried to return them on the evening of 12/8 and was denied. That woman was very nasty and said that’s not how we sold them to you and you cannot return them. Purchased 2 days ago. I didn’t wear them. I wanted another color that wasn’t in stock. She said they had stains. I didn’t wear them or try them on. They gave them to me out of bag. She was beyond condensing."
