"Took my wife here for Valentines Day to buy a gift for herself. My wife had just a quick question about one of the perfumes. We spoke with a sales rep she answered her question, but also made sure to mention they close in 20min. My wife felt rushed and singled out. We won't be coming back. Sounds like from the rest of the reviews, management is more worried about going home than doing their job. We won't be coming back."
"Went to 4 different Sephora's looking for a certain product yesterday . This Sephora was our last stop . Got to the door at 6:49pm to find it locked and the worker inside looked up and saw me with no acknowledgement. Seriously just needed to buy 2 items . After alot of driving that day and going down to this one was a huge disappointment and inconvenience the fact you guys locked up early . Now we will have to be taking a drive that way this week again."
"Absolutely frustrated with this store. This is my second time coming to this location before closing hours & both times it’s already locked. Technology exists for a reason, not sure why hours are not properly updated online to match true store hours or if the employees are just locking the doors early. It’s not professional to waste people’s time, do better."
