"The fabric is the most pleasant buttery feeling clothing in my closet. Clearly a favorite in my wardrobe. Prices match the much higher quality clothing. HOWEVER - When I had a warranty issue with one of the R&R t-shirts in my wardrobe that developed tiny holes front and back, numerous attempts to get a replacement, were denied without a clear definition of warranty procedure or periods. I sense a very small business, somewhat inexperienced with customer service issues, and willing to stick a customer with a supplier yield problem. This will never be a successful clothing chain."

"Rarely write reviews but had to let people know. I purchased several of their clothing while at the Montage in Laguna. Their materials pilled and got all over my furniture but that wasn't the worst, their blue sweatpants stained my sofa and would not come out even when professionally cleaned. They kept me hanging for months when I reached out to them and then did Nothing, I mean Nothing about it, and then they denied it was their clothing. Horrible small business and poor quality."
