Grand Mart - Hair Store 3446 West Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85017

"Came in for a .5mm crochet hook, called in advance to make sure they had it. I went to the store and was shown both a .75 and a .5mm. I asked for the .5mm again. The cashier takes both back and rings up the .75mm. I realize this about 15 minutes later and return only to be told its final sale. The cashiers manager tells her to allow me to exchange it but now the 1 pronged .5mm is no longer in stock and a 2 pronged is the only thing available. Save your money, some sort of weird scam being done here"

"I’ve been coming here for 6 years. Today I came in looking for a wig for my birthday. The black girl that was helping me kept being watched by the staff. When she began helping me, they watched her even harder. She was so helpful and her attitude towards helping me was inviting. As she’s still helping me they’re still watching her then tells me that she can only show me 3 wigs after that she can’t help me anymore. It’s actually really disturbing how they were just crowding around us. I understand why I don’t really see a lot of the black girls working there anymore. The way yall treat yall BLACK customers and staff shows…. The last two times being here was absolutely terrible and today was my LAST day shopping with this place."
