"My husband is a regular customer. He is a musician and takes his performance dress shirts to be cleaned. They do a decent job and are fair priced but they have lost several of his shirts now. This last one is probably the last straw.. We will be looking for another cleaner."

"Did a good job on 2 items out of 8 so I left the 6 there so they could be redone and when I picked them up today they only re start he’d 2 shirts and kept telling me they couldn’t do it because the press they used couldn’t do them because of the pearl snaps but for how much I pay they should have broke out the iron and ironed out the 3 pearl snap shirts if that was the case but 1 of the pearl snap shirts was starched like I asked and it just doesn’t make sense that you can do it to 1 shirt but not the rest. This isn’t the first time and I won’t be back this time."

"I love my local dry cleaners. They are always super nice, have decent prices and are ready within a week. I had 4 quilts from my mother in law that were in storage for a few months. They also repair, add missing buttons. This location also does alterations. Great job guys!!"

"Used to be absolutely phenomenal. 5 stars and they would be but. As of give or take a few weeks ago, doesn't mess with military uniforms in the slightest. I needed blood stripes on my trousers, and for my sleeves to be shortened. They won't even touch it, I'm not all that upset about that because they always outsourced. And it's not really up to them, But I was given an address (without a name being provided as I requested maybe she didn't hear me as she was quickly paced/ racing to find me answers) to another place. It led me to a place that apparently doesn't even exist as it led me to a residential area. The customer service is amazing and their work has been stellar in the past. So without trying to be upset and leave a nasty review/ stars as I've never needed anything other than military uniforms taken care of but have been great in the past."
