"While vacationing in Arizona in March, we happened to stop at the Mercantile store. I found Uptown Hippie products/clothing. I saw an item I wanted but they didn’t have the size I was looking for. An employee at Mercantile gave me Uptown Hippies owner’s cell so that I could call him. Joe was awesome. He put the items on hold for me… two sizes so that I could see both. As many reviews have already stated, this store has a wonderful vibe. The clothing apparel is good quality, great colours and many inspirational sayings and images. Joe is so friendly and helpful. It is obvious that this is so much more than just a job for him but rather a way of life. The sweatshirt and T-shirt that were purchased for my daughter and husband are definitely favourites! "What an amazing little store right in the heart of old town. I own 2 uptown hippie sweatshirts and they are on constant rotation- they are so cute and comfortable. When I stopped in the store the employee Hannah welcomed me warmly and chatted with me the entire time, It was an awesome experience. Great products and an awesome team there!"
