"BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THIS STORE- ESP. ONLINE. I have never had a worse customer service experience. I ordered a pair of shoes that I have been looking for for a long time and was so excited to get them. They finally arrive and they are too big, I would have been happy to exchange them but the store does not carry this shoe anymore and doesn’t have my size. I asked to return the shoes for a refund because I can’t get the shoe I want and they are refusing to give me a refund. The shoes are unworn and just were delivered today and I can’t return them. All the owner said on the phone was "store policy," unapologetically. I have never dealt with a store with such poor customer service and if I could leave no stars, I would. I have not heard of a store in this day in age where you can’t return an unworn item that was just delivered and doesn’t fit. They care less about keeping a customer happy and wanting to make sure they keep their $170 bucks. Wishing I read the other reviews before I purchased anything here. Please think twice about shopping here, you will get treated better elsewhere."
