"LaZapis tshirts are usually perfect and nicely done. I've placed four orders. However, as far as the customer service, there is none. You don't receive tracking information. There is no response to inquiries."
"Ordered customized beer glasses from them and they sent me the wrong order. Took forever to get a response from them (weeks). Once they did respond they told me there was nothing they could do. They lied and told me they sent me what I ordered but the last name on the glasses was completely wrong. Pretty disappointing especially since I was super excited that it was supporting a local Arizona business. Their customer service is completely in the toilet! They don't even deserve the one star I gave them."
"I bought 1sr Mother's day t-shirt for my daughter and onesie for my granddaughter. I received them in plenty of time. They fit. She loved them. I then decided to order for son-in-law for Father's day. They sent email saying they received the order but never got letter saying they were mailed. I've tried calling. Phone always rings busy. I've emailed quite a few times and automated letter gives me ticket number but that is as far as it goes. Going to the store today."
