"Good sports store with a great selection. I picked up a hat, a beanie and some socks. They had plenty of jerseys to choose from and nice selection of Phoenix teams gear."
"Staff was unhelpful and inattentive. Was looking for a fitted Red Sox hat and all they had behind the counter was one with a pink underside. I asked the kid if they had anymore in the back and he said no. Decided to look around a bit and what did I find... a bunch of traditional Red Sox (grey underside) hats on an adjacent hat wall. If I hadn't looked around they wouldn't have gotten a sale. You're never gonna get good service or good results as a business if all your gonna have working your floor is a bunch of teenagers with no direction."

"Very unfriendly staff. My father asked for a Kansas City Chiefs cap, they half-heartedly pointed him in the right direction and when he walked off they laughed and said, "Did you hear him? He wanted a 'KC' cap. Not setting the bar very high!" - They didn't realize I was with him and he was my father. You definitely need a more mature staff?"
"Limited selection of teams. Went in specifically for Browns merchandise. Associate barely alive; he did finally pretend to try to be helpful, but I think he was just hanging something up so that it could look like he walked out from behind the counter."
