I went in asking for stud earrings and she automatically said they were sold out without even offering to show me their current selection. Very judgmental I was in jeans and a hoodie and felt that she didnt even want to sell me anything. I will not be going back or sending any of my friends or family here. Very disappointed!"
"Worst customer service I been there 3 times at Chanel store I bought 3 purses from there ,when you walk in they don’t even say hi to you and when I asked to see the purse they look at you down like you don’t have money to buy Special the guy is manager not friendly at all I saw him 3 times still act so mean but I like the purse there is very nice but service make me don’t want to go back now"
