"10/06/2023. Went in for pumpkin spice cappuccino, their machine was 'out of service'! Went to other QT. Today (10/20/2023) I went in again for pumpkin spice! Their machine was 'out of service'! Actually three out of their four cappuccino machines were 'out of service '!! If I want pumpkin spice, I am NOT going there ."

"Quick Trip 486/726 S. Gilbert Road - Got $49 worth of gas today, only to come home and see my bank account was charged $175 for the gas. That's strange, since the gas pump read out $49.00. UPDATE: I guess when you use your debit card at the pump, they charge this at first. Once it clears your bank, the actual amount they charge is what you actually put in the tank. I suggest paying with credit or cash inside."

"n August 8, 2023, I was in Qt de Warner at approximately 10:06 in the morning. I bought 2 individual pizzas. When I left the store, I was ready to eat with the unpleasantness that I found with rat poop. It took me 10 minutes to return to the store and when I ask to speak to the manager, the man at the counter told me that he was the manager, when I explained what happened, he just seemed unconcerned and just said he would return my money. He didn't even take the time to go to the Kitchen and talk to the cooks. What an unpleasant experience in a place that is supposed to be one of the most prestigious."

"Workers always willing to assist the customer. Always professional. Always respectful. I am handicapped and they always assist me with refueling and have been very kind and accommodating to me. Ricky and Luis are two of the most professional guys I have ever encountered! This is my store for sure!"

"I visit multiple QT locations multiple times a day. They're quality overall has been slipping lately so I'm going to rate every visit. Hopefully it helps. Today this location is on point. Snacks fully stocked. All fountain drinks (except Diet Caffeine Free Coke) and ice dispensers working. Gas prices still ridiculous though."
