"Yesterday, while visiting my Mother I had the distinct pleasure of experiencing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from a lovely young lady, her name is Jahira. She was just so helpful, knowledgeable, and very, very patient. Jahira is an asset to the company and deserves any additional accolades Walgreens can muster up. Good customer service is hard to come by and she is indeed a GEM."

"Very rude and unfriendly. I couldn't get help after asking several times. Looked as if there was a chat session going on in the back of the store and the lady in front didn't want to help. She should've stayed home."

"Went in to get a poster printed because the one on 19th ave ran out of film , employee seen me walk in and go straight to photos and made eye contact w me but didn’t ask if I needed assistance I had to press the customer service button twice while she showed the employee at cash register something on her phone , then proceed to say they couldn’t do it instantly because “they’re about to close” . But the other Walgreens didn’t have a problem doing it for me ."

"Pharmacy customer service is absolute trash! In person it's "ok". But God forbid you call! They won't even answer and ask you to hold, they will either hang up on you continuously, or constantly pick up and immediately place you on hold! I've been calling/sitting on hold for half an hour now with them periodically repeating the same actions. I wonder if this is what they are taught to do during training to bridge the last half hour or so of their shift. Does Corporate approve of this behavior??"

"The WORST pharmacist EVER. I literally will be taking this all the way up the board. I sat in line for twenty five minutes. They close at 7 at 7:03 I pulled up finally to my turn and they closed the window in my face. I even went inside and they were all in there talking and couldn’t hand me the prescription. My husband had surgery today and needed his pain medication tonight so myself AND the doctor went above and beyond to make sure it was ready. Then when they tell me it’s ready- I show up, they are slow, and I get blamed for it?!? Truly the most disrespectful, unethical pharmacist I’ve ever met. This pharmacist and the techs should be nowhere near any healthcare industry because they lack BASIC care for humans and empathy. Glad you got out early Friday night buddy."
