"This Message is to whoever it might concern about the company Stitchfix in Phoenix with General Manager (Michael Gandara) and his not professionalism with the company. He treats employees by Discriminating them. I hope someone does something. No one deserves to be treated this way. Don’t waste your Time on applying here unless you want to be another employee that is not appreciated Labour exploitation is the abuse of people in the workplace for profit. The abuse can be direct and brutal or much less obvious. But its impact is devastating for victims; psychologically, physically, emotionally and financially."
"Not a subscription because you get boxes when you want them and it doesn't have to be automatic like a subscription. I put some effort into helping them learn my style (posting on my board and communicating) and my stylist has been doing a great job. Most recent box, I just said what I wanted and they found it for me. The customer service team responded to my emails pretty quickly. I have nothing really bad to say other than you get out of this service what you put into it. Also, this can be really great if there's styles you want to try but not sure if you would like them. It helps a lot to be able to online shop without worrying that you'll get stick with junk you hate. Returning and exchanging is also a breeze. They also have a place where you can just shop of you want to that instead of being styled."
"I really gave this company a try, but two separate times (2 different stylists), did not read my feedback notes, which meant I received items I wasn't interested in. I contacted the company and they gave me the 20% discount for one of the boxes even if I didn't keep all of the items and the other time, they applied my $20 styling fee to the next shipment so that my current box was free of charge. The company did make amends, but I got tired of not being listened to when they specifically asked me for feedback about what I wanted to receive. I really did love some of the clothes I did end up keeping and I did receive and keep a few items I never would have thought to choose for myself. I'm not sure I'll sign back up in the Fall."
"Honestly I was super excited to try this subscription box, once I received my first box & I literally liked one shirt out of the 5-6 items they sent me I was disappointed. My fiance convinced me to try one more month and see if that one was better - it wasn't. I think I liked two things out of this most recent one. It wasn't that the articles of clothing they sent me were bad per-say, but they weren't anything special really. They were pieces that I could find at Forever21 or H&M if I took the time to look through everything. But the biggest issue I had with this whole subscription box is the price point of each item. A plain burgundy business casual blouse was $48, please tell me why? Again, I just didn't see anything special about these pieces to justify spending that much. Out of both boxes I received I kept one blouse from each (only to not lose out on the $20 styling fee) - I canceled my subscription right away."
"I did work here for a little bit and left because the pay wasn't exactly the best for the rate of work you had to do. I will say though everyone I met and ran into there was extremely nice and friendly. The trainers and literally everyone who worked there said hi to me and asked me if I needed help with anything. I've worked in warehouses before and never did I come across so many people that actually enjoyed what they did lol. They let you listen to your own music from your phone, give you free snacks, and you have a set schedule. This is a fairly new and small company that does care about its employees however this particular building lacks leadership structure. If you needed to call out or talk to someone above you it was often intimidating because you didn't know who was in charge and you didn't know what exactly they were in charge of. For the most part my experience here was great. If they paid a little bit more I would definitely reconsider coming back and working for this company again"
