"So I greatly debated writing this review and have chosen to do so for any brides in the future so they do not experience what I did. I went dress shopping at this location on Oct 14th 2023, it is a 4 hour drive from my home but the reviews were great. I was lucky and I found my dress. My experience in the shop was phenomenal. My problems did not start until after placing my order for my dress. When I purchased my dress I had let the ladies know that my wedding was in march of 2024 and they guaranteed me that I wouldn't have to worry about anything, because my dress should be delivered to the shop by December. I believed them and left the shop excited to come back in december to pick up my dress. At the end of november I called the shop to ask if they had the shipping info for when the dress would get there so I could make plans to drive the 4 hours it would take me to get there. At the time of this call I was advised that my dress was not set to ship until end of december beginning of january. I had advised that this was fine it should give me plenty of time to get alterations done. In the middle of december I called the shop again to check on the status of my dress and they advised me that according to there system my dress was not going to ship until end of january beginning of February. This is when I started to worry a little bit because that would give less then a month to get alterations done. I was disappointed in the shop because all they could do was tell me they were sure to would be fine they couldn't guarantee anything. I was able to pick up my dress on january 31 but I have to pay extra for rush alterations which I did bring up to the shop and there response was "well if you take it to our recommended seamstress it should be ready in time" Unfortunately taking it to there recommended seamstress is not feasible for me because I live so far away. They didn't offer to give me any of my money back or discount the remaining balance it was very disappointing and stressful. I urge future brides to take into account that this shop is misleading on delivery time for dresses and if you order a dress get in writing what they tell you the day you order your dress."

"Read this review- If you are a bride seeking anything but white and shades of white…. look elsewhere. We communicated our requests very clearly in booking the appointment. We were seeking a very specific shape, sleeves and coloring. We anticipated a special time with attentive care and a selection of dresses available to meet what we had asked for prior to the scheduled time. We arrived to a single employee who had no idea what we were seeking, no interest in showing anything even close to our requests. No one else in the shop. No pampering, no attention, nothing. Just look around and let me know if you have questions. Although when it was clear that the store didn’t have our needs, she did make a call to try to get us in elsewhere. If they had communicated back with us we all could have saved time and awkwardness. If they had read the appointment booking, they would have sent us elsewhere, and we would have had time to schedule it. If they had taken a moment to treat the first-time, senior-bride as someone special it all would have felt much better. Clean windows. Well lit. Beautiful displays. Nice set up. Clean mirrors. Accessories and some plain style bridesmaids dresses. But as stated- nothing more than white and shades of white for a bride."

"I want to shout from the rooftops about my experience with Forever Bridal. My consultant, Hailley is such an incredible and genuine human being! She went out of her way to help me find the dress of my dreams and made me feel so comfortable and supported the whole time. She helped me to feel confident and beautiful, and gave me amazing advice to soothe my nerves on such an important day. I have been to some incredible salons and tried on over 100 dresses, but my experience at Forever Bridal rivals them all. They were so welcoming to me and my family and never pressured me to make a decision. I ended up saying yes to the dress and am so happy! Even after saying yes to the dress and getting some doubts, Forever has still supported me and helped me in affirming my decision and making minor adjustments where I needed them (like changing the color last minute). Thank you Forever Bridal for an unforgettable experience! I am so happy I said yes to the dress!"

"I absolutely love Forever Bridal! This was the first shop I visited. I found my dream dress on my first visit and I felt amazing on my wedding day. All of the ladies that work here are wonderful, genuine, and so welcoming. They were super helpful as I was trying on dresses. They actively listened to my mom and me and offered advice based on what we said as well as my body language when I was in different dresses. A huge bonus was that they had no problem with me bringing my family in multiple times to try on the floor model of my dress and show it off, I would schedule appointments to do so. No matter who was working on the many different occasions that I was there, they were always so positive, friendly and helpful! My dress had NINE layers and the seamstress did an awesome job with the alterations as well as creating the bustle points. They made my whole experience completely stress free! "My experience at Forever Bridal was absolutely AMAZING. Wedding dress shopping could be stressful (so I heard) but I found EXACTLY what I was looking for all within my budget if not less! I loved how involved my bridal party was allowed to be in picking gowns to try on. Thanks to Sarah for being extremely helpful and kind.
