"never go to this location since inside of another store and will never come back. an arabic man needed help finding something and the employees there were extremely rude to him so i helped him and the girl starting following me and was overall an awful experience."

"I don't typically shop at this location because I'm not a huge fan of kohls. This Sephora is inside of one. I needed to find a specific lipstick for my daughter for an upcoming competition event and this was the closest location. I was actually pleased at how easy it was to find what I needed and service was great. She explained some services they offer if I was a frequent shopper. You also earn Kohls points towards discounts of you sign up for their rewards. No pics sorry I was in a hurry."

"Shop was easy to find in the store, staff very very helpful. It's a little pricey but quality of product seems to do what it's suppose to do. I enjoyed it and will be returning."

"I came in shopped around for about an hour, I finally finished and came to the register to use my $50 gift card I got for my birthday. The lady scratched my whole PIN number off the card! She now can’t use it so I couldn’t get any of my items and they told me to just go to a different Sephora. This is ridiculous they messed up my card now I can’t use it until I drive further out to a different Sephora because of what they did"

"I finally visited Sephora in side of Kohls. I was looking for a particular hair product, but was informed it is only sold at their large store located in the Arrowhead Mall. I didn't want to drive there, so the young lady signed me up to receive it by ordering it thru the website. She was very helpful n beyond nice. I appreciate her taking the time to help me. I will be back!"
