"Well to keep it short and sweet I can say I won’t buy furniture from this big lots store anymore. I Rented a U-Haul truck picked up my furniture brought it home and as I started to get it out of the cardboard and plastic i noticed it was all broken and damaged. The only thing in the store could offer me was a 10% discount on the floor furniture which had bruises and butt mark on it. So I got a refund back on my credit card for the amount of the furniture. It was a horrible experience and sad to say that I also called corporate and asked for some new furniture to be delivered to me because I got a a really good deal that day I was in the store actually I got $200 off. Corporate sent me a nice email saying that they could not to anything about this because it was a store matter so again thanks a lot big lots I will attach some pictures so you can see the condition. My furniture was in when I picked it up."

"Long line at the checkout but only one cashier. Employees seemed rushed and not any time for customers. Shelf's were all stocked and very organized. Unfortunately, they had a VERY small selection of Halloween stuff but the Christmas items are already out and they have lots of it everywhere."
