"Not only will you wait literally 30 minutes or more in the pick up line......only one car ahead.....they will tell you they can't sell you allergy meds at the drive through.....but they have been for 2 years. ..AND you have to come inside and wait in an even longer line. 1) if you change the rules put up a flipping sign. Some of us have jobs too 2) decide what you can and can't do as a company not as a person. 3) for heavens sake hire more people. This is ridiculious"

"Without a doubt the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. Correction, the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Don’t even try to go to the drive-through window because they seem to not service it at all. I have waited over 30 minutes with only two cars in front of me."

"As a customer for 4-5 years at this location, I despise coming here. I more commonly need to wait an hour+ for a prescription pickup. They're chronically understaffed - all of the time. The few employees working are understandably grouchy, but allow that frustration to bubble out very publicly and in an unprofessional manner. The 2-lane drive through must have a 2-3 year long technical malfunction as the 2nd lane is frequently closed. When it does work you can't hear a word they say through the pin-hole speaker on the equipment. There is nothing pleasant about a trip here. Finally fed up and plan to move my business elsewhere. Maybe the local grocery store pharmacy can beat out one of the biggest names in the pharmacy biz."
