"I had been looking for boots for awhile and my roommate recommended Red Wing. We walked in and were greeted right away, within a couple minutes the CSR asked us what we were looking for. I told him what I needed, where I worked and what I needed the boots to do. I was looking for comfort, durability, and style. He took some information on an iPad and then proceeded to measure my feet and scan them with the machine. He showed me some different styles and I picked the one that I wanted to try on. I tried on a few different sizes and finally picked the one with the right fit. We were told about the leather care and bought what was on sale. I’ll definitely be back to buy another pair of boots, this time in brown. The black pair I got are for work."
