"Walked in the store in tears and crippled due to heel pain, then I met Mark.. wow! He explained to me what was happening and how to fix it! We scanned my foot for inserts then he brought out some shoes for me to try on with immediate relief.. I couldn’t believe I could walk out of the store with ease. Inserts and shoes ordered I could see the light! Mark was right on top of my questions and concerns Plus called me the second my stuff came in! My pain after 2.5 weeks of good shoes and a week of inserts has dropped from an 11 to a 4… I will continue with everything he told me!
