"I disagree with a another reviewer who said they didn't find much there. It was my first time going to a Trader Joe's (even though I've lived in Mesa over 30 yrs) and I loved it. I didn't even get to look around the entire store because my cart was already filled up and I decided to stop shopping due to I already got way more than I had anticipated getting. Tamales are really good, so many desserts to choose from, my freezer is stocked up now. Really affordable prices too. I will be back!"
"Popular alternative grocery store featuring a good variety of goods not typically found at other grocery stores, in addition to staples like meat, eggs, dairy, etc. Produce section is always a bit pricey and selection is generally limited and not necessarily the freshest. Good selection of sweets. Always a fantastic selection of cheese! Incredibly cheap but decent wine. Aisles are small and easily congested, staff is generally quite engaged and friendly. Prices are not the lowest in town but considering the variety and the quality they aren't bad."
