"**AVOID** - *THEY WILL NOT PICK YOU UP* (like the slogan claims) and they WILL NOT pick up their own vehicle. They are my local branch, I'm not at an airport. In addition to that, they have surprise charges and hidden fees. I was charged 3 (THREE!) TIMES the amount I was quoted through my insurance, and they wanted (and took) payment before the vehicle was due back, or my return rental time was scheduled. Will never do business here again."
