"The store was clean and stocking is orderly. There was no way of telling which register was opened, as the first one I went to gave me a silent treatment. So I assumed the next cashier was opened, wasn't talking. Transaction was completed, silent treatment. No thank you. The next person, she spoke to in Spanish in a happy tone. Made me feel bad. Sadly, customer service is an importance to me to come back. But I guess my skin color, I don't feel welcomed."

"When you see a Family Dollar store more then,likely your first thought is "hhhhmmm. 1$ store?" Not anymore its a 1.25$ check your receipts and keep,buisnesses acountible for misrepresentation of prices."

"Just got accused of theft by cashier here around 3 PM on 5/16/22 within maybe two minutes of entering the store. When I walked in the door, I was asked to leave my bag at the counter even though there were other shoppers in the store with bags. I was then followed through the store by the cashier who came up to me and asked if there was something in my pocket. I showed them that my left pocket had my wallet and my keys in it. They then said, “no, the other pocket.” At that point, I showed them that my right pocket only had my iPhone and AirPods in it. They responded “oh I’m sorry, it sounded like you put something plastic in there.” I’m not sure what that meant considering I didn’t touch my pockets during the two minutes I was in the store. I put my items down and walked out. I’m a taller black man and I’ve been profiled in stores before, but still disgusting every time."

"I go occasionally. This day, their shipment came in and there were boxes everywhere. The people are very friendly and helpful. I'll go back but not on a Wed. afternoon."
