"Looks like this company is really hit or miss. Lots of great reviews from people who liked their service and unfortunately a good number like myself who couldn't even get a quote. The showroom is very nice and the salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable. However, in my case, things just didn't work out. Sarah came out for a measurement and everything seemed to go well and she said she would get back to me with a quote the next day. Well, after two days I emailed her with no response then I called the following day and still no response. It seems they don't want or need my business."

The carpet installers were timely, polite, and experienced. When a manufacturing defect revealed itself afterwards, Olivia and Matt responded quickly, and impressively replaced the entire carpet. Given that this is an expensive home improvement, we did our research and ultimately went with Uptight Carpet. The sales rep Mr. Frank Chavarria was extremely knowledgeable regarding all of his products. He helped us narrow down a few choices out of hundreds of options. He provided all the facts good/bad and gave his suggestions. He did not pressure us to make a sale that day, which is a huge positive for me. When his team arrived to install the carpet, they were early, got to work right away. Once they were finished (photos attached), the installers and myself did a walkthrough and everything was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone I know."
