"I Brought my car to Hoang who is owner of Phoenix Auto Brokers his estimate of repairing my car from my car accidence. Based on his estimate, I do not have to pay anything $0, and the auto insurance will take care all the cost which is $2969. However, the insurance only approve to pay $1369 for the part and labor which was involve to accidence. Therefore, I have to pay the rest if I let him repair my car. After received the insurance estimate, I asked him to discount to me cause I do not have enough money to pay the rest based on his estimate. He said if I do not have enough money, I would go different auto shop. However, he charged me $1245 ($300 for tear down for inspection, $350 for admin fee and $525 for storage fee and sale tax $70.44) if I do not agree with his estimate to bring my car to different shop. I was so angry because he clearly stated in his estimate that I DO NOT have to pay anything, and NO Additional Charge until the actual repair. I DID ask him about these additional charge, and why do I have to pay while he stated that I DO NOT need to pay anything in his estimate? Instead of give me the explanation for his additional charge that I have to pay if I want to bring my car to different auto repair shop, He warning me that, the fee will be increase cause he will keep charge $70/day if I still leave my car at his shop. Finally, I have to pay him $300 to get my car out his shop cause I realized that I was dealing with terrible owner who did not care about his customer service. I did email him to request his document or paper work to prove that I have to pay that service if I refuse his estimate. However, he only replied that he should charge me for the entire additional fees ($1245). Beware this scam business!!!!!!!!!!! If you do not want deal this situation, you should looking for other auto repair shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
