Porsche Chandler Service & Parts

"I just recently had my car serviced with Porsche Chandler. Cliff notes version: If you are needing work done on your vehicle, I implore you to take it anywhere but Porsche Chandler. If you absolutely have to take it there, I urge you to ask to work with ANY ONE other than Dakota Stens. If you are a service department and you’re looking for service representatives, hire anyone but Dakota Stens. He is a walking liability for your department. Story: My Macan was telling me to add 1 qt of oil to my car multiple times between oil changes. I took it in because I’ve had Macan’s and other vehicles before and that’s never happened. I was told after some initial tests to drive it for 1000 miles and bring it back in so they could check levels and run tests. Did that, they then had my vehicle with them for OVER A MONTH. During this month time period I had to reach out to Dakota Stens every single time I wanted an update on my vehicle. In fact, on several occasions I had to send multiple messages to get him to respond to me. After having my car for over a month, their solution…. drive my car for another 620 miles and again check the oil level. Dakota had the audacity to try and play it off like it was a new test. Only once confronted did he admit it’s actually the same test they originally ran over a month ago, they just didn’t do it right the first time. (Get this, the test isn’t even for Macan’s it’s for 2011 Cayenne’s). Mine is a 2020 Macan. So I drive it for 620 miles, bring it in and NOW they say it’s within the acceptable range for a porsche cayenne (not my vehicle model) so there is no warranty repair they can do. They should have just admitted they don’t know how to fix the car. To top it off, I asked Dakota for Porsche to install new foot pedals in the car while it was in the shop. When I picked up my car the pedals were still sitting in the back seat. Bottom line, Porsche Chandler won’t fix your car, and Dakota Stens is hand down, by an immeasurable amount, the worst service representative I’ve ever worked with. P.S. They also screwed up the service on my last Porsche Macan, but I gave them another chance because the previous service representative I worked with was absolutely wonderful, but he’s not working there anymore. Shocker"

"I’ve brought both of my 944s to Porsche Chandler since 2015. It’s very difficult to find a place you can trust your car with, but rest assured I’m delighted to say Porsche chandler is one of those establishments. The Parts and Service advisors are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, inviting, and above all else as professional as can be. As a customer who’s had multiple vehicles serviced over nearly a decade, I highly recommend them for any need you may have for your Porsche."

"Tried calling, was speaking with Dakota who talked over me and frankly didn't care about this complaint. I asked to speak with a manager and was told one wasn't available and I could be sent to voice-mail. Dakota talked over me and was quite rude when I asked to speak to his boss. Whomever was driving the blue porsche with license plate 81R2DL was extremely reckless from country club and the 202 all the way down to the University exit and even going 70 in a 45 on University. I am unsure if this was an employee or customer but I'm deeply saddened that this issue wasn't taken more seriously. The way the employees behaved lead me to believe it wasn't a customer even if you'd like to claim it is."
