"Poor communication from this store, we ordered items online w/ store showing 38 in stock, however when we went to pick up, we're informed that this order was cancelled, due to "non in stock". Wasted time and gas to go pick up items, that were not in stock anyways. ? Why didn't the online order system indicate that this item was "not in stock" at this location, why didn't it "redirect" us to a store that had items in stock."
"Went to electric section & there was totally bad customer service. Had 1 simple question, I asked 3 employees & still didnt get my question answered. Because all they said was "I Dont Work For Electical" Got no help at all !!!"
