"Similar to the other reviews, my experience was never great here. The wait time at the counter is LONG. I purchased 4 new tires for my vehicle, and besides the good price, the rest was a bust. Staff was always friendly, but when you are used to the speediness of Discount, you will always be disappointed. Sadly, I will never purchase tires again from Costco. Not worth the wait times."

"Awesome prices but don't do it, really. The warranty is useless, is you need anything done like a rotation it will take hours, it's just not worth saving a few bucks unless you absolutely never plan on setting foot back inside the tire center."

"First appt - they sold my tires to someone else. Second appt - truck with the tires didn't arrive. Third appt - had the tires but the credit card they forgot to give back to me was accidentally shredded. My advice - pay for the tires over the phone when you book your appointment."

"Wow what an adventure. Just waiting to be helped took an hour. Photo was taken on a weekday evening at 6:30pm. There is only one person at the front desk. I actually timed how long it takes to help each customer: about 12 minutes per person. You can forget about appointments. They accept walk-ins ON TOP of appointments, and everybody waits in the queue on a first come first serve basis. The mechanics are great but what a major waste of time just for a simple tire rotation. I can't wait to get my own lift at home so I can do my own tire rotation."
