"Don't recommend having vehicle serviced here. From day 1 of purchasing my brand new 2020 silverado trailboss, I had this location perform my oil changes and tire rotations, so I thought. Less than 40k miles on the truck, come to find out that I never had a tire rotation performed even though all my service receipts show tire rotation code. In November of 2022, during an oil change. I am told by the service technician that they can not rotate front tires because of uneven wear blaming tire alignment. Keep in mind that the truck had around 33k miles on it at this point. I take my truck to a different GM dealer to have tire alignment done where I'm told alignment looks fine and asked, "If I ever had a tire rotation?". Long story short went back to this dealer, and the service manager was not available and was basically told it will be hard to prove that they never did a tire rotation because my receipt show they did perform them. Yet to hear from the service manager, and it has been about 6 months now."
