"We have been going to Affiliated Pediatrics for cleanings and x-rays for a year and a half now and have had a great experience so far but today’s experience surpassed all of my expectations. My 5 year old son needed to get three cavities filled on his baby teeth. Dr. Tim suggested we schedule two appointments just in case we needed more time since we weren’t sure how he would handle it. Dr. Tim and his staff made this truly a wonderful experience. Dr. Tim talked to my son about what he was doing and not only took great care of him but also kept him entertained by talking and singing to him. He kept the whole experience positive. I was truly amazed and so relieved at how well my son did with Dr. Tim that we were able to get all three fillings done in one appointment! I’m so glad we found Affiliated Pediatrics and Dr. Tim. They are truly the best!"

"Dr. Tim and the office are not competent in keeping a schedule. After waiting for more than 30 minutes for the dentist to do the exam, we were told that we were the next patient to be seen. Dr. Tim then went into a different exam before us, even after being told by his assistant that we were next. When confronted with his error Dr. Tim was extremely condescending and unapologetic. In fact, he spoke to me as if I was a child. He then rushed through my daughters exam like he had somewhere else more important to be. With current scheduling technology this should not be an issue. Extremely disappointed in his care!"

"When we first moved back to Phoenix we had gone to a different dentist that was closer to our house but that turned out to be a terrible decision. They were short with us and made no attempt to make a 4 year old feel comfortable. Affiliated was recommended to us by a friend and they have done an amazing job and everyone that interacted with us was incredibly nice and made my daughter feel safe. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone."
