"I’ve been a patient at Pinnacle Peak Dentistry for over 20 years and developed a great relationship with the staff over that time. I had the same hygienist for at least the last 15 years. I rarely needed more than a cleaning so my relationship with the hygienist was the most important. This morning’s appointment was disappointing to say the least, with all the former staff having been replaced. While I’m sure the 20 something hygienist was competent, her giddy, rehearsed, mechanical banter felt very impersonal. I’m now weighing finding a new practice."
