"Update on my last review, My concerns were confirmed and my dental fillings were Poorly done. ALL of the fillings that Dr. Kathryn Muller did are now cracking my teeth and now I have to pay for Crowns for 4 Teeth!!!! Next time I will do my research as it turns out Dr.Kathryn Mueller JUST GRADUATED dental school less than 6 months ago. I will NOT be a Guinea Pig! DO NOT GO TO PINNACLE MODERN DENTISTRY!!!"

"This is the worst Dentist that I have ever been to. Normally I would have gone to Paradise Family Dental but I moved and they're too far away. I have had a really great dentist in Thousand Oaks CA so I feel as though I never knew what a "Bad" dentist experience was until I went to Pinnacle Modern Dentistry. My Dentist Dr. Mueller has no bedside manner. I had fillings put in 3 at a time and it took HOURS- I was having an anxiety attack and asked for Nitrous and was told "NO" by doctor Mueller and that Nitrous is only for High Anxiety patients... ( which I clearly am). After this experience I went back to have the composite shaved down on these fillings which is totally normal, and I was not miffed about this.... However a month later my fillings started falling a part.... in my food and in a chunk when I flossed my teeth. I reluctantly made an emergency appointment so that it could be refilled. I wanted to try another Dentist in their group; Shanaz and scheduled an appointment with her. But upon arriving they switched me back to my unpreferred Dentist - Dr. Mueller. As soon as I said down I said that I am a high anxiety patient and I would like nitrous, She said I'd have to reschedule for that.... So I endured the pain and had an anxiety attack in the bathroom before I left almost calling my husband to come pick me up. Do not go to this dentist if you have High standards and expectations of quality of care. I would not wish my dental experience here on my worst enemy."

"Dr Shahnaz is the best. I have seen many dentist in my life. I feel like he takes the time and care of creating a piece of Art, and wants everything feeling and looking good in your mouth. Not just trying to turn as many patients per day as possible. Front reception is great and super helpful. They just need to hire more hygienist. Tanya, the one I see, is the best. Equipment is modern, nice to check in online (and not sit in the office filling out paperwork) and an all around great experience. No problem’s recommending Dr and Smile."
