"Horrible place. They can never help you, I went in for a title with a POA and they wouldn’t accept it. I get it redone and my mom is out of state so she can’t give it to me physically and they refuse to let her fax or email it. They refueled to work with you in any way and rude to the point of disgust. I wish there was a different place in Maricopa to go to. These people are worthless."

"Nobody likes going to the dmv but this place is awful , I went in to make my registration payment and among already have the cash payment ready the woman told me that their was a convenience fee of 20$ which also has to be cash . Days later I come back to make the payment and suddenly the convenience fee is now 50$ !!! More like an “inconvenience fee” if you ask me , Daniela nino was the women who helped me and as expected her manners were rude and she acts like she hates her job . I wouldn’t recommend this place even as a last resort :)"

"I would love to give 0 stars but I can’t I came in at 12pm the lady let me know that whoever was issuing Id/licenses wouldn’t be in until 2pm due to her “break” I then came back at 1:50 just to be told since I’m from out of state I need to have my birth certificate and social with me which no one told me while I was in at 12. I came back at 2:05 because I don’t stay to far with all my paperwork and another lady tried to say my birth certificate wouldn’t be valid… she was told she was wrong it’s currently 4:13 I have now been waiting over 2 hrs from the time they told me come in which is a total of 4 due to a 2 hr “break” the numbers were being call all out of order if this is the nearest to you just take the 30 minute drive do not come here"

"Smooth experience with polite employees. I needed to transfer a title into my name and get registration on a private party sale. Walked in, grabbed a number and had a seat. Waited ~10 minutes, was seen and 5 minutes later out the door. Sooo much better than the Casa Grande DMV!"

"Arrived at 10:45am to transfer title and registration. The vehicle I purchased was owned by a company in a different state and I thought I might encounter problems since it wasn't owned by an individual. I provided the signed title, bill of sale, current registration and insurance information and it was no problem. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, including waiting for the three or four people that were ahead of me. They weren't the fastest with service, but compared to my experiences at the actual DMV, this was way faster and easier."
