"This is our second visit to Cobblestone, and unfortunately, we have experienced disappointment once again. We had paid for a platinum wash, specifically requesting in the notes to have the interior wiped down, door jams dusted, and the dashboard dusted as well. However, upon inspection, it appeared that these areas had not been attended to at all. We also noticed that there was still dirt present inside the vehicle. When we approached the staff about our concerns, they mentioned that we had not paid for a thorough scrubbing of the dirt, and the floor mats had sticky residue that contributed to the difficulty in removing the dirt."

"Employees are always pleasant. I bought a book of platinum car washes a couple of months ago. From the first wash to now the quality has gone down hill. After I brought the missed areas to the guy in the Red Quality Control shirt. This is what I was left with. See pictures. I could understand if I bought the cheapest package it wouldn't be perfect. But I bought the platinum. I have 1 pre paid ticket left. I think I will give 1 more chance to win my business back."
