"Called this mechanic and explained we had a no-start issue on our Class A RV and needed emergency service to get to a surgery appointment in Cali. He asked for our vin number, which I provided, but for some reason he couldn’t find our vin online. I sent pics of the engine serial number, trans number, chassis number, starter number, etc. He then completely flaked on us, not answering calls or texts for 2 days! If he didnt want the work he could have at least let me know so I could call someone else! I ended up calling a competitor, JMA MOBILE, who arrived within hours and diagnosed our issue within 15 minutes! Save yourself some time and aggravation and go with JMA MOBILE instead."
