"The Jeep dealership replaced my rear rotors but after a few months, they started to rust. I had no idea Mopar rotors come stock painted with high-heat paint. The dealership did not inform me this would happen. When I explained that I wanted it fixed they refused and said "no one else cares about it and the rust doesn't hurt the rotors." They made me feel petty and high maintenance when all I wanted was the best for my vehicle. I was so fortunate to have found Service Techniques shortly after this incident.
