"Mediocre service. If you are a planning to come into this dentist office I suggest you ask questions about everything they are doing before agreeing to any service. I went in for teeth cleaning and without my knowledge or consent they provided me a more expensive cleaning- I didnt know this until they charged me at the end and I questioned why I owed so much. They do not honor your health insurance policy. For example, my insurance covers 50% of filings. Their bill reflected $40 of coverage for a filing that costs $175. I also never have to pay a copay in other dental offices that also accept my insurance and oddly enough- they charged me a copay here. The doctor left me waiting in a patient room for over 30 minutes and when I spoke to a manager she very plainly agreed that they in fact gave me a service I was not aware of and still proceeded to charge me for it. The manager also gave no acknowledgment to my grievance when I informed her that I was left waiting for so long. They are not affordable, not honest and simply have a very “ I don’t care” attitude."
"We transferred to the Camelback location and were blessed to be greeted by Fatima. She was welcoming, informative, and professional. She was a big help, went through all of our options. She was patient and kind. All things work together, there is no happenstance. Favor ain't fair. But the steps of a righteous person are order. Thank you Fatima for making my daughter's visit pleasant."
"I called them today and I got an appointment today. I knew I had an infected tooth and waited until I could not take it anymore. They were very customer friendly and took care of me very quickly and efficiently. I got my tooth pulled and instantly felt better the minute the tooth was removed. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!"
"Very impressed with my visit today! Miranda was very helpful and kind throughout my whole visit today. I was in excruciating pain coming into my appointment today and despite how busy they were she made sure i started my treatment today with no hesitation. such a wonderful experience, I will be brining all my kids in for braces!"
