"This was my first time here, I’m not from Arizona and I’m just here for college. I was having wisdom tooth pain and they got me in the next day. When I got there the staff were so friendly to help me get my paperwork and they were so sweet and understanding when it came to talking to my mom (who was on ft) bc she wanted to be in the loop of everything that was happening."

"The office staff and Dr. Ford are kind and professional. I had my teeth cleaned and an exam. The hygienist made sure I was comfortable while she worked and was not too aggressive or rough. Dr. Ford came in afterwards and did an exam. I did not have to wait in the exam chair for him."

"Apparently businesses have rights to have reviews taken down but people don't have rights when businesses make decisions that negatively impact people who've received service from that business. These pictures are to demonstrate the relationship Dr. Ford and I had for years. The last time I saw Dr. Ford was in 2021 when we were still close friends and he said he would love me forever. And I'm still dealing with his nefarious business practices. Roll the dice. The dental work was amazing tho! Dr. Ford is absolutely all those 5 stars reviews. They say a photo is worth a thousand words. I think these photos and the subsequent nefarious bill demonstrates what happened with my relationship with this business. These photos tell the story of our friendship. From 2016 till June 2021. During that time I used him as a dentist because we were friends and we had a verbal agreement where he accepted whatever the insurance paid. It was "don't worry about it" until our friendship dissolved. As you can see from the bill he sent it to collections despite me calling and Deanna (the mother of his child) told me I should have paid my bill. And if we were to go to court this review shows our relationship. The pictures at his house, in his plane. Please remember this is Google maps and businesses are free to respond to negative reviews. But how do we explain the years of pictures? I saw him for years and paid nothing and then suddenly I receive a bill? That's an uncomfortable conversation to have. This is an uncomfortable review to have to write. That bill is uncomfortable for Dr. Ford to explain. I'm truly sorry. He chose to engage in the behavior he chose to engage in. And then because my previous review got deleted, i have to keep checking it to make sure it's still here. Again, his dental work was great but it's been almost 3 years and I'm still dealing with this nonsense."

"We have been going to Legends for 25 years and enjoy how the level of service has never changed. A single transition to Dr. Ford many years ago but still an incredible staff. The practice has kept up with technology and I hope to be coming here for another 25 years"
