"Absolutely love all the staff at WVFD! They worked me in for a quick cleaning appointment and reminded me that I needed to get some wisdom teeth pulled. I have anxiety issues and will need to be put under while the procedure is done and they were ok with me taking my time in coming back for the extraction. Since then I’ve gotten a couple reminders for cleanings and fillings but no harassment and no pressure regarding the wisdom teeth. Shala (the manager) really helps with billing questions and Shanise was super nice in figuring out insurance details. I’ll be heading back soon for more work and look forward to seeing the friendly staff!"

"Front office used wrong treatment cost plan. DPPO instead of DHMO. Would have cost me thousands more if I had not caught their mistake. The dentist failed twice to make a mold and just walked out of room and never came back. Found out later he was quiting. His assistant tried with a small mold but was unsure if it was good. I was worried about their ability to give me a partial that would fit. I asked that if the partial would not fit how they could do another after pulling two teeth. They refused to answer. Argued for ten minutes about it. Never got an answer. Then they told me they made a mistake on how much partial would cost. Instead of $250 it was $2280. I had enough of their imcompanance and decided not to proceed. They said I could just leave and not be billed. I have gotten a few bills for $250 anyway and complained to the office about this and they said assured me again I do not owe the bill and the main office will stop sending email bills soon. That was also wrong and am now receiving at least one bill every day. 13 in the last 16 days. This has gone from incompetent to malicious harassment. I think I need a lawyer"

"Hate to say it, service has gotten really bad. Work is done in wrong order. Then one dentist tells you they will fix it no problem, then all of a sudden i’m getting charged for their mistakes. Called multiple times , being told problem is fixed , still nothing. The staff is all nice but it’s a huge cluster."
