"This was my first visit to BrightNow! Everyone was very professional and friendly. The girls at the front greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. The first tech Jose was very kind and knowledgeable, making sure I was comfortable throughout my experience. Dr. Bond went out of his way to make sure I understood my options regarding the reason for my visit. My hygienist stayed late to make sure my cleaning was completed fully. The payment options were made very clear and were reasonable. I came to BrightNow! because my previous provider had become an unpleasant and untrustworthy place to go. "I had an absolutely amazing experience at this office. I had a badly broken tooth that was painful and they got me in for an appointment the same day that I called, without any issue. Every single staff member in the office was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and COMPASSIONATE. When I first arrived at the office, the entire lobby was full and within minutes, the staff had all of the patients into exam or x-ray or checked out, and the lobby was empty. Each staff member was so empathetic and caring. Every single person asked if I was in pain and then worked quickly to help me resolve my issue. I have never been to a dental office where each employee was so caring and attentive. I hadn’t seen a dentist in 20 years and no one here made me feel ashamed about that. Nobody made me feel bad about waiting so long, and that’s really important to me. Honestly, the reason I hadn’t seen a dentist in so long is because I have had such negative experiences before. I am so glad that I found this office. I actually look forward to getting my permanent bridge placed and continuing regular dental care at this office. Unfortunately, my tooth was too broken to save, but the doctor offered me several options to help me get my dental health back in check. I ended up choosing to have my tooth extracted and then be fitted with a temporary bridge. They were so nice to stay late and get the work done for me that SAME day even though it was just an hour before closing, so that I didn’t have to stay in pain any longer. My procedure went very well. I was extremely comfortable and didn’t feel nervous at all the entire time. The doctor took extra care to make sure that I wasn’t feeling any pain and that I was comfortable and the staff members who assisted took extra special care to make sure that I was feeling good and that my temporary bridge was perfectly placed. I added a picture of the temporary bridge. It looks perfect. Nobody was rushing, even though it had been a very busy and long day and I’m sure they were ready to go home. Check out, was very easy and quick and the front staff made sure to set me up with my follow up appointments and sent all of my reminders to me. I am forever grateful for the care that I received at this office. I will be bringing all of my family to this office for all of our dental care."

"Jose who does xrays, awesome. Dentist listens and is kind. Hygienist doesn't listen to your concerns or wants. I understand every person is different but seems treatment plans, per her say ,is by age group not need. Like your this age you need this type of treatment. Not the case for everyone. If you don't want to pay 2x for dental consult just to get a cleaning then don't try this location."

"I went for my first time today and this is seriously the best dentist office I've EVER been to. Everyone was so nice!! The front desk people, the dental assistant, the hygienist, and the dentist were all incredible people! I am going to continue coming back here. It was the best first experience I've ever had. The office is really nice and clean. I didn't wait a long time and they got me to the back and got me finished pretty quickly. Keep it up you guys! Amazing office!!!!"
