"I went in for a tint job on my brand new 2023 BRZ Limited. I just got it less than a month ago and ceramic coated a week and half prior (this included paint correction and claybar, etc.). I was happy with the tint job it looked clean however when I was able to inspect my car I noticed both of my rear quarter panels have scratches with a clear larger gash. I have been taking very good care of my car and have only hand washed it. I am very disappointed that my brand new vehicle was damaged during the tinting process. I called immediately after I noticed damage and I went back for them to inspect it, put some wax on and then told me to go back to the guys who did my ceramic coat to get it fixed. I was told that the damage couldnt possibly be done by them but I know for sure that the big scratch on my quarter panel wasnt there before. I love my car and this was just very upsetting as a new owner :/ EDIT: I was also quoted $250 via email and was charged for $275 for the tint job. I didnt mind at first since it wasnt that much of a difference. However now I have to go back and get my car repaint corrected which is rather costly…"
