"I recently visited O’Reilly’s on Happy Valley because of a battery issue. I had previously purchased a battery from O’Reilly’s. I dealt with Tommy who is the manager. He was very helpful. Tommy checked my battery and determined it needed to be replaced. He brought a new battery to my truck and promptly installed it. The best part was the battery was still under warranty so there was no charge. Tommy tested my old battery and replaced it with a new battery within 15 minutes. Fantastic service."
