Then I specifically discussed to have my order delivered and a few days later when the delivery was scheduled, I was charged for the order but the materials were not delivered l. Costing me more money. Disorganized company. The other lumber company I used for this project got the order correct, and delivered after one conversation. I had to speak to Holderness at least 4 times and they still got it wrong"

"Absolutely terrible customer service. We lost time and money on several jobs due to the terrible communication with Nate and others from this company. They told us 4 times our material was ordered and in and each time we went, it was not there. They don’t follow though with their actions and it causes critical business to fail due to their lack of ability to verify and communicate properly. In addition, they give you a major hassle for a refund, even though you already paid and never got your lumber. I highly recommend you don’t buy from this company!"

"Terrible Service. The employee behind the desk charge me for the wrong order, when it arrived I declined half the order. When I called back he said I would get a refund but would not send me what I order even though it was his mistake. How am I suppose to do a job with hald the material? Terrible customer service. This is how veterans get treated....."
