"There was a bit of a confusion and Hilgers ortho handled it better than the average orthodontist would. The office manager and Dr.Hilgers treated us to coffee and some Starbucks gift cards. They apologized so many times and walking out of that immaculate and very clean office, me and my father thought that we’d go there forever. They truly are not the average office with average customer service.Take your children, parents and whoever else needs braces there and they’ll come out and have the straightest teeth ever!!!!"
