"I was a patient here from roughly 2015 to 2023. Some of the hygienist were very nice but the office itself was brutal. They never billed me right, could not get my insurance straight (always tried to put me on my wife's). Every time I went, they had no idea what was going on. They would book me next appointments to early for my insurance to cover (almost every time). I had to leave appointments because of this error. I recently had a crown redone in April of 2022, it already has a cavity under it (meaning it was always there). I recently went to Mountain Ranch Dentistry for a cleaning and the x-rays showed the cavity. The dentist suggested to call Aspen and see if they would redo the work because they may replace for free or minimal cost. He even said he would digitally send the x-rays to them to avoid me doing it again. I called Aspen and immediately realized why I do not go there. They said they would need to take their own x-rays (which I would have to pay for), to see what they could do, not for free or lower cost?? UGH!! Avoid this place!! "Literally THE most UNPROFESSIONAL dental office I have ever been to. I had an appointment for my children, they met the hygienist who was actually pretty amazing. I was excited for her to work on my sons and was looking forward to their treatment plan. When we were leaving, we were waiting on verification of their third insurance coverage and because I had to leave to get back to work the front desk staff said they would call me with the info. This was at the end of October. Well in November I call because I haven't heard anything. I explain the situation to the receptionist, she's apologetic, says she will get down to the bottom of it and call me back. Never did. I call the following week, speak to someone in management, she says SHE is going to get to the bottom of it and NEVER did. Literally never heard from them not one time. My kids have three dental insurances, the first two were accepted there, we were literally waiting on verification of the third and they had ZERO desire to assist us. We will never go back."
