"Disappointed is the only word that comes to mind! I waited over 30 min in the waiting area and I’m sure it would have been longer if I didn’t leave. They could have at least informed me of the wait time when I checked in. As a medical professional I understand getting behind, things happen but to allow patients to wait over 30 plus min is unacceptable. I would call and push appointment times back , inform patients immediately about the wait time or offer to reschedule appointments before allowing them to wait over 30 min. I’m so over it! You have to do better Goodyear smiles!"

"I’m not a review person at all but hands down Goodyear Smiles deserves it. I chipped my front tooth pretty bad. I called, informed them of my situation and they fit me in less than 24hrs later. I’ve never been anywhere and received support and amazing customer service all the way around like that before. Starting with Olivia at the front desk, My dental Assistant Melissa & Dr. Wooff my smile is now better than it’s ever been. Blessing in disguise for sure. Overall if anything, this dentistry is doing business right. Full circle. You won’t be disappointed. Guaranteed! Don’t waste your time anywhere else!"

"My experience at Goodyear Smiles and with Dr Lesser is always extremely positive. The Front Office Staff are very pleasant and understanding. I needed an emergency Root Canal done and they were able to find me an appointment at their sister location the next day. The Dr and staff at that location was just as great and my Root Canal was a success. And not being insurance savvy, Bailey explained my out of pocket cost in terms that were easy to understand. Goodyear Smiles is not close to my home or work, but worth the drive."
