"Best dentist I've ever known. Since I was a child, I've always been afraid of the dentist because I have very tender gums, highly sensitive teeth and a low tolerance for pain. I've never been to a dental office that I didn't experience pain, even during a cleaning, because of how sensitive my teeth are. My 1st experience with Sarival Family was a completely different outcome. They were caring and gentle and for the first time I had little to no pain. I've used them now for over a year and every time is the same experience. They also stand behind their work. I had them do crown work to fix my front teeth, which had started spreading due to old age. They looked great, but several months later I developed some gum swelling due to a medication that I was prescribed by a different doctor. I showed Dr. Francis and he sent me to a periodontist to correct the gum issue, which meant the crowns would have to come off and be replaced. Dr. Francis removed and replaced my crowns and did not charge me a penny. If you are looking for a dentist, as well as his staff, that is knowledgeable, gentle and caring, Sarival Family dental is the one."
